Re:shape is a UK-based developer and operator specialising in co-living and other build-to-rent accommodation, who acquired the site in October this year. Re:shape are passionate about community led placemaking and are committed to creating inclusive, mixed-use neighbourhoods that respond to the local needs and aspirations of Homerton.
Community Investment Programme
As part of every development, Re:shape seeks to embed social value through its Community Investment Programme. Re:shape is looking to partner with 12 – 15 local groups, social enterprises, and charities in Homerton to benefit from free access and use of the building and support the good work they do in the borough.
