Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views on our proposals for 150 Homerton High Street. The feedback period has now closed.

We are currently reviewing all comments and suggestions received. This feedback will help inform the ongoing development of the proposals ahead of submitting a full planning application in summer 2026.

Our proposal

Re:shape exchanged contracts to redevelop a site in your area; 150 Homerton High Street in early October. Re:shape is excited to discuss its vision of the site, which comprises social housing, affordable employment space and co-living. The proposal includes: 

Affordable workspaces and co-working spaces
35% socially rented homes, a significant number of which are family-sized
387 shared living rooms, 10% of which will be provided as accessible / adaptable
Active frontages

Re:shape is a UK-based, developer and operator specialising in co-living and other build-to-rent accommodation, who acquired the site in October this year. 

Re:shape is passionate about community-led placemaking and is committed to creating inclusive, mixed-use neighbourhoods that respond to the local needs and aspirations of Homerton.
